Embarking on my solopreneur journey was a turning point—where passion met purpose. After years in corporate leadership, I made the bold decision to pursue a path that aligned with my inner calling, sparking a journey of continuous learning.

I recently received my ACC coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), having already earned my coaching certification. To expand my impact, I’ve completed programs like the Launchpad Accelerator, Marketing Bootcamp, and the Online xchange Experience (OXE – design/facilitate experiences).

In addition to coaching, I work as a consultant at Luminary, guiding businesswomen through peer coaching and accountability to help them achieve their life and career goals.
My coaching specialties include mindset, leadership development, career transitions, performance enhancement, goal-attainment, and work-life balance, all with a focus on creativity, emotional intelligence, and deep connections.

Life Outside of Work: Meet Michelle
Outside of coaching, I am an avid traveler with a passion for retreats, wine, and nature.
My morning ritual involves meditation, affirmations, and oracle cards, setting a positive tone for each day.
My heart finds joy in cooking, yoga, swimming, and dancing. I cherish spending time with friends, family, and my adorable twin Beagles, Bentley and Bailey.
These activities fuel my spirit, bringing balance and inspiration to my coaching practice.
